Exactly what happens
from day one to going live.

SCALR runs a structured four-phase engagement. Here is what each phase involves, how long it takes, what you receive at every stage, and what we need from you to deliver on time.

Phase 01

Operational Diagnostic

AED 9,500 · Credited toward build

We spend a full week inside your business — on-site in your offices and deep inside your systems. We interview you and your key team members individually. Within seven working days you receive a written Operational Diagnostic Report.

During this phase we work closely with your leadership team to ensure every deliverable is documented, approved, and aligned with how your business actually operates — not how it looks on paper.

Phase 02

Operational Blueprint

2 to 3 weeks

Based on the diagnostic findings, we design your future operating model from the ground up — dashboard architecture, workflow design, AI opportunity mapping, technology stack recommendation, and reporting design from team level to founder level.

During this phase we work closely with your leadership team to ensure every deliverable is documented, approved, and aligned with how your business actually operates — not how it looks on paper.

Phase 03

Build and Implementation

6 to 10 weeks

We build the operational infrastructure your business needs — dashboards, automations, AI tools, and integrations. We are on-site two days per week throughout the build. Handover is a dedicated session — not a document you are left to figure out alone.

During this phase we work closely with your leadership team to ensure every deliverable is documented, approved, and aligned with how your business actually operates — not how it looks on paper.

Phase 04

Strategic Partnership

Ongoing monthly retainer

We stay. One in-person meeting per month in Dubai. WhatsApp access to Corey for anything operationally significant. A monthly performance review against the KPIs established in the blueprint.

During this phase we work closely with your leadership team to ensure every deliverable is documented, approved, and aligned with how your business actually operates — not how it looks on paper.

What we need from you.

We deliver fast. To do that, we need a responsive client.

Complete your intake form within 48 hours of booking. This determines how prepared we are for your first on-site session.
Nominate one person as the project lead. One point of contact. One decision-maker. Not a committee.
Provide system access within 5 working days of request. Logins, software access, API credentials, reporting access. Delays here pause the delivery clock.
Respond to questions and approvals within 24 hours Monday to Friday. If a decision sits with you for three days, the build sits with you for three days.
Attend all scheduled sessions. Implementation sessions, training sessions and review calls must be attended. Missed sessions are rescheduled and may delay delivery.
Approve deliverables within 72 hours of receipt. Every component of your build goes through approval before we move to the next stage.

If we miss the deadline, you pay only for hosting.

Every SCALR engagement has a written delivery deadline — 30, 60 or 90 days depending on tier. If SCALR misses that deadline through our fault — not a client delay, not a scope change, not a missing approval — the implementation fee is refunded in full. You pay only the ongoing hosting and support cost.

What can slow things down.

We have built enough systems to know where delays actually come from. Missed approvals, late system access, and scope changes mid-build are the three most common causes. The delivery clock pauses on client delays and resumes the moment the blocker is resolved. This is in your agreement.
